RIGHT NOW, and I don't know how long it will last, there is a sale for a whole host of bundles that are useful. Assault starter, Support Starter, Infiltrator Pro, Assault Pro, Medic Pro, Engy Pro etc. at massive discounts. For instance, Combat medic pro, T4 AMP, Composite Armor, TRR-Q, TAS-16 BlackJack, 7 day squad EXP boost, used to be 4144, now it's 3000. Don't have these, that's worth it, as the weapons are more expensive on their own, especially if you include the boosts.

It's virtually every single bundle here so you may well find something that suits you.

The only bundle worth getting is Galaxy Pro or whatever. All else either consist of low cert cost weapons or good weapons that are cheaper bought separately. The lumifibers and Xp boosts unnecessarily inflate the price of everything.

There is a limited time sale of a bundle giving you the platinum Underboss, NS15, and NS11C, costing 4K BGC. That's an NS side-arm, carbine and LMG for 4K DBC.

This bundle is *ONLY* good for getting you 3 weapons for your 5-weapon requirement black camo directive. The gold/Black versions of these will collectively cost 4300 for the Black versions or 6000 for the Gold versions stand-alone, there are no bundles for those atm, so it's a relatively cheap offer to buy the platinum versions over the Gold versions, but 'only' a 300 DBC gain from the Black versions.

If you do NOT want these for your black camo directive it's a pointless bundle as the regular versions of these weapons - with completely identical stats - can be bought with some certs and some patience.

ALSO NOTE THAT BLACK AND GOLD WEAPONS DO *NOT* COUNT TOWARDS THE DIRECTIVE, but if you just want fancy guns the Platinum ones are still a bit cheaper than the Black and Gold alternatives, and still count towards exceptional weapons directive.

Just saying that black and gold weapons do NOT count for black camo since they´re regular available.

Double checked. Your right, they don't. Because fuck it weapons that are only available for DB-Cash don't count towards the directive, no ofc not, ofc they won't. Fuck reasonable expectations.

I mean this whole thing is reasonable and unreasonable at the same time.

If you want to make a good free to play business model don't make game-changing things unlockable only by real world currency. With cosmetics however are, you are free to charge them as you wish.

So this is reasonable because you can unlock it without paying a single anything, but at the same time it's a cosmetic thing.

And yet they have a system where you have OTHER cosmetics only available if you buy things you can't get any other way, first.

Black camo requires you to auraxium 5 different exceptional weapons. One would think then that any weapon you can only get by paying DBC counts as exceptional, but they don't - Golden Armestice requires you to buy a retail-DVD that grants stuff, including a golden SMG for each faction. Then there is the special Black/orange Baron and NS-15, special edition heavy weapons like the chain-gun and so on.

So exceptional then are 'hard-to-get' weapons, not just weapons that cost you IRL money.

But the fucking thing is, ALL THE BLACK AND GOLD WEAPONS COST IRL MONEY TOO, and can't be purchased with certs. I fail to see why people have to wait for some special shit like a code for Platinum NS-11A etc. to get black camo. You still have to pay money, either way.

Have you ever read the description of black camo? It´s obvious bullshit ofc but it´s only logic. And they´re not hard to get! A year ago the black camo was rare and sth cool because you had to do a few cancer things to go through (candy cannon flare gun knifes etc) now every pleb can do it. On my NC I did it without a single hard to play gun!

Do feel free to list every weapon you can get without paying any DB-cash, that counts for black camo, it would do every Arrow a great favor. Hell, list how to get them, would be even better.

Read my words again. I never said something about free guns! You can do the black camo with free guns but then you have to wait a whole year to get all the guns (Deep Freeze, TR Freeze, Candy Cannon, Flare Gun, TR Flare Gun and 2 knifes). If you want it easy, you´re too late again. Last year were all 3 Bundles in offer (1 Year anniversary etc.) With those you could do it easily and with the platnum guns you don´t even need one bundle of these. Just get the platnums, the golden armistice and a knife. EZY game EZY life <3

Just got it the other day with certs. It's a fine weapon but pales in comparison to the Jaguar imo.

Different weapons but I Jaguar's sustained damage past medium range is pretty shit compared to AMC. Jaguar is more of a close and medium range carbine while AMC is pretty good all-round weapon. I'd rate it best TR carbine.

Personally I find the loss in rate of fire and 0.75 ads too much of a sacrifice for the accuracy you gain. Then again, I'm terrible at long-range engagements, so it's probable that I'm the problem, not the weapon.

Anyways, what's your opinion on the Cougar? Seems pretty good on paper.

Not a fan of Cougar. I like Razor(same stats) a lot more than Cougar so I think it's a flavor thing.

So i've bee running this thread for two and a half months now. I may ask if its worth it, has anyone ever found and got something he wouldn't have been aware of if this thread wouldn't have existed?

I haven't used it, since I mostly already certed the stuff but this thread leads to nice weapon discussions and is helpful for our newer Arrows
