Does anyone have a good website with up to date builds?

I have got 3.5k certs and 2k station cash to spend.

If no such thing exists... anyone want some one on one time with me? tongue

Are you referring to loadouts for, per say, vehicles and classes?

How many certs do you have?

How many classes do you want to deck out?

What is your ingame name?
What do you want to do in the game. Do you want to do infantry stuff, destroy enemy vehicles or fly?

I'll take your answers as a "no there's no such thing as a website with up to date loadouts".

I was hoping to find something like an overview of which guns are good against what and in what situation etc for example max anti infantry = double mercy.

But since that's not possible... Razz

I like playing light infantry/engineer and favorite vehicle is Prowler.

I already have stuff from 2 years ago.

And I have got 3.5k certs and 2k station cash to spend.

SO I guess it's going to be a date with a mentor?Razz

There are a few paths you could take or combine some of them. You like prowler so if you want to completely wreck enemy vehicles then:

1)

MAX out anchored mode - 1700 certs
MAX out racer chassis - 700 certs
Get ammo capacity level 7 for AP - 541 certs
Start unlocking max reload speed for AP.

Your current damage output with anchored mode is 2 shells every 2.2 seconds.
With maxed anchored mode you will get a lot faster shells and if you max out the AP reload speed as well your output will increase to 2 shells every 0.8 seconds or 1.04 seconds.(I'm not sure how  which effect is applied first but anchored reload speed and AP reload speed buffs do stack)

Later on you should get either Stealth or Auto-repair for defense slot but right now that's not essential.

or for infantry unlocks:

2)

Max out your repair tool - 700 certs

You really should max out your medic tool as well but since you don't play medic that's fine.

For LA max out either Advanced Shield Capacitor or Nanoweave. ASC is cheaper to max out and you can peek enemies more often.

Unlock flash grenade. These are really good now.

Use SC to buy either Commissioner or Underboss. Both are 2-hit headshots in close range but Underboss has faster firerate. Test out which one you like more in VR. It's personal preference.

You already have Nighthawk and Uppercut so that's fine for shotguns. NS11C would be the usual recommendation to get but you have that as well. You're lacking in close range carbines so you could get LC3 Jaguar or LC2 Lynx and use them with 1x scope, adv laser, SPA and suppressor if you want.

Unlock sticky grenades for engineer.
Unlock both tank mine levels.
You could max out your Mana AV turret. That thing is absolute monster when it comes to destroying shit.

There really isn't much else that you should need for decent engi/LA.
NS11C and T5 AMC are good medium-long range carbines but you already have them. Cougar is decent as well

LC3 Jaguar and LC2 Lynx are best close range carbines. You should get either of them really. Try them out in VR.

You already have shotguns.

TR pistols are crap so you should get either of the NS pistols I recommended.

Should be sufficient shit to unlock for now.

You are complaining about the TR pistol arsenal like some spoiled VS whore bitching that the VS pistol arsenal don't consist of two 6-shooter revolvers, and so you praise the NS revolvers instead.

TR side-arms are not shit.

AMP is a 25 rounds full-auto 100 damage pistol that can drop targets fast in extreme close quarters, but you have to hit with most shots so accuracy is absolutely required. Pretty poor outside of 10 meters and the only TR pistol that can be said to "suck" as it is quite sub-par still and eclipsed by the Repeater that is functionally better at the same job.

Repeater is a 21 rounds 3x Burst 112 damage pistol. It easily drops any non-MAX infantry at point-blank and thus works well as an emergency weapon when your main weapon runs out. Don't expect much mid-range or precision work from it though.

Emperor is a 21 round semi-auto 167 damage pistol good for close to medium range fights, you can fire it pretty fast and it has good killing potential, but you have to click for every single shot. A good pistol if you are accurate and want more precise shots.

Inquisitor is a 2x burst 143 damage pistol with 30 rounds in a magazine that allow you to easily drop 1-2 enemies at close to medium ranges, it has good accuracy, a high rate of fire, you can spam it and it has lots of ammo so you are forgiven for missing shots once or twice. It's a more forgivable side-arm than even the Repeater due to this if you aim is not good yet.

The NS revolvers are good to due to high alpha-damage but those "2 head-shots to kill" abilities means nothing if you can't aim, and you only have 6 rounds and some of the longest reload times of all side-arms. These revolvers are NOT reliable for new players because they demand good fire-discipline, good accuracy and worst of all, a heavy cert investment to purchase. They punish failure very badly by being your BACK-UP WEAPONS that act more like main weapons. If you miss with your back-up, what will you switch to then? Your empty main weapon?

There is also the NS auto-pistol, the Emissary, but I have not tried that because I don't own it so I can't comment.

Try all of these out in VR and don't believe the brainless hype so easily. Everyone praises the NS revolvers as if there are no other sidearms out there, but they are not for everyone, and they sure as hell have limits. Best of all, your other options are all perfectly viable, with varying degrees of skill demands and performances depending on what you get.

Other factions have not the best pistols as well. Cerberus and LA8 Rebel are pretty good as faction-specific pistols go but for pistols you really need something that can deal damage not something that has sustained fire.

If you need to finish enemies off it's best if you only need to hit them once rather than start plinking them with repeater or whatever.

Repeater is just crap. No point in using that.
Emperor requires more aiming than the NS stuff so it isn't noobfriendly.
AMP has pretty limited range and can usually only kill off one enemy.
Inquisitor is the one that's least shit so if you really want a TR sidearm you can go with that.

The reason I am particularly recommending the NS pistols is cause he has SC and if he ever wants to give VS or NC a shot he has a familiar pistol and doesn't have to mock about with Beamer or whatever.

Thank you for writing this info Dopubalimatu! Much appreciated.
I'll start upgrading stuff tonight. Starting with the infantry stuff.
(Had fun being a medic last night with the squad so i'll max dem tools out aswell.)
Any idea what gun is a good all around option for medic?
Since they have unique weapons to their class.

And guys, sidearms are least of my concern right now haha Razz
Think i didn't use my sidearm a single time in a 2 hour session yesterday >.>

T1 Cycler is the standard-issue TR Assault Rifle. It's, by far, the best all-purpose assault rifle in the game. NS11 is more accurate at long range but with Foregrip and a 1x or 2x scope of your choice you have all you will ever need to make the Cycler work well. So long as the aim is solid you will find this little baby a dream to use. It's absolutely the most reliable weapon I've personally used in PS2, and frankly I'd still be grinding it in blood right now if I wasn't such a filthy Auraxium whore.

105 certs for foregrip and 1x/2x scope IIRC. That's cheap as hell too.

Medic? To be honest the standard T1 cycler is a pretty good weapon all around. and it's the cheapest at that since you get it for free xD
apart from that the TAR is good. However since you asked far an all around weapon it's gonna be the T1 because the TAR is more geared towards closer figths while the T1 is decent on all ranges. Has good RPM, decent damage on all ranges, quite accurate and the reload is a bit shorter than the TAR while they both have 40 bullets.
So yeah T1 is pretty good. However TAR does have its use when you want a gun in a figth where your enemy is gonna be more close to your face (or back). The Cycler TRV is also a wepon that is meant for the area of the TAR .. but in my opinion it is just flat out worse than the TAR in that area.
Should you one day be searching for a more medium to long range weapon you will have to decide between the TORQ-9 and the SABR-13. SABR having a two burst and TORQ having full auto (as well as 2x burst) it's somehow more up to taste. Of course you we can also talk about raw stats of these two weapons (SABR just dealing more damage per bullet. TORQ having more bullets) but mostly it will come down to the difference of 2x burst and full auto.. because the burst weapon gets some bonus on recoil while the TORQ has to deal with things like 2.5x first shot mutiplier wich falls to only 0.75x on the SABR.

Anyway I got distracted.. you asked for an all around gun on medic: T1 Cycler. Alternatively the T1S is also an option. The T1B of course is another burst weapon so it's up to you if you like burst weapons or not. Another usefull allrounder is the NS-11A which is the NS assault rifle.. however I think that the T1 cycler is just better than the NS-11A

Edit: Damn you focus I was so distracted by the fancy numbers that I took much longer than you to answer such a simple question xD

As others have said T1 Cycler is a good all-rounder. If you have good recoil and fire control you can also make Cycler TRV/Tar with foregrip work but I doubt you're there yet.
NS11A is problably one of the best medic guns you can use as it has superlow recoil and very good cone of fire when aiming.
T1B is also excellent medic gun. It's burst so you have to tap but it has pretty low recoil and good accuracy.
Some people like TORQ with it's fast rate of fire but I personally don't like it.

So really your personal preference should decide between: T1 Cycler, NS11A, T1B and TORQ.
Try them out in VR and see which one you do best with and give it a go.
