Had a nice fight then Hydra showed up to ruin everybodys day. Shot halospud in the face, then killed a another hydra guy (supbroskiQQ) with a 4x Bounty on it. then got a pumpaction from a terran to the face...

So I've decided to try to casually take Subterranean Nanite Analysis today. It all went rather well actually. I've set up a stealth sundy, mined the vehicle pad overloaded the 2 gens and some friendlies started coming.

And then the crazyness started. 4 friendly lightnings rolled up (for whatever reason) but they all got taken out by an AP lightning. A jakchammer heavy constantly tried blowing up my sunderer, 2 suicide attacks by a VLG valkyrie with piloted by an infil, a hornet reaver, a lolpod scythe and that AP lightning all tried to blow my lone stealth sundy up. I somehow managed to avoid or outrepair them all until the either I or the friendlies took care of it.

And then out of nowhere came 2 squads and a freaking tankbuster lib to shut dow the easiest to defend base from like 5-7 randoms.

Cause planetside.

Tonight I achieved something I did not think was ever going to happen;

I played a sudden, unplanned session of PS2 with a specter from the distant past of Auraxis - ViridianAngel returned, though I don't know how consistently or for how long.

This guy has not been around in 3.5 years or more. This is the guy that got me into BAWC, only to vanish soon after.

After a long and eventful night of trying to find fights, we end on a pretty hopeless defense of Bridgewater Shipping Yard on Hossin. As VS held the WG next to it, it was inevitable that it would fall. However, I'm not going to say no to a few chaotic ninja rounds dodging between infantry, MAX-suits and VS air-support alike. Even managed to bloody the Anniversary Armistice for the occasion. An enjoyable end to an enjoyable, if unplanned night.

And now I need sleep, 10 in the morning Very Happy

But is that extra bullet worth giving up 2 sticks of c4? Or medkits? Or mines? Or anything?

Considering that most of the people playing this are not robots and we have a shitty netcode/hitdetection that extra bullet doesen't matter when people shoot you 10 extra times just to make sure you're dead.

It's only good if you don't have better options like C4, brokenkits, restokits, Tank Mines, AI Mines. So...basically for new players.

And 1 bullet does actually matter in the game, that's why the nanoweave armor is often used. There are those times when you survive just because you need to be hit 1 more time. IMO.
